SCM is a family owned and operated business that was established in 2013, through the amazing support and love from our expanding customer base, we have seen tremendous growth and look forward to continuing to provide you all with high quality, affordable cosmetics!
Please be advised that all cancelled orders will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
If There Is A Problem With Your Order
If upon receipt of your order you notice a problem please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We cannot resolve issues that wait longer than the stated 24 hour window. We will refer to tracking information to confirm when the order was delivered to determine the 24 hour window for contacting us.
If you would like to return your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will verify delivery via the tracking number assigned to your order.
We will only issue a refund (minus a 20% cancellation/restock fee and shipping costs), if the goods are returned in their ORIGINAL CONDITION and packaging and for hygiene reasons – UNOPENED, UNUSED and UNTESTED.
Please return the invoice with the item and state the reason for the return.

We do not refund shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged due to our negligence.
*We anticipate that our normal to be 2-3 days, however, during big sales high volumes of sales affects processing times and can be upwards of 14 business days.*
***During a period in which large discounts are offered and used the processing times increases due to the larger volume of orders we receive and process.*** The anticipated processing times during high discount offers are 7 - 14 business days.
Bear in mind that orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only.
Star Crushed Minerals uses United States Postal Service to ship all orders as it is the most economical means available for both domestic and international orders. If you would like to use a different shipping means, please contact us and be prepared to pay the adjusted shipping costs.
We do not ship on the following US holidays as the USPS provides no service on these days:

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Please make sure that you enter the shipping address correctly when prompted to do so. The shipping platform that we use imports your information for the shipping label EXACTLY as it is on your order. IF there is an error on your part and the package is returned, you will be required to pay for shipment to the correct address. We will contact you via the email you enter on your order if your package is returned.
Please Note: We ship everything first class with tracking number (within the US) and we are not responsible for any USPS or international postal provider delays.
If more than 14 business days have passed since your package shipped and you still haven't seen any updates, please email email@example.com for assistance.
If you are in a rush and need to expedite shipping please contact us so that we may discuss how to best accommodate that need.
Due to processes that our beyond our control, please note that international orders can take up to a month to be delivered. We have had experiences where orders arrive very quickly or very slowly, SCM is not responsible for the quickness or lack thereof of international shipping providers.
We are not responsible for nor are in control of customs charges for international orders. When placing an order, customer assumes responsibility for any fees incurred due to their respective country's customs policies. SCM will not refund orders returned due to incorrect addresses or a customers' failure to claim the package and/or to pay custom fees.
We are not responsible for reshipping or refunding orders for packages that are returned and go unclaimed beyond thirty (30) days. We will send one (1) email to the address you enter on your order to inform you of a returned package. Please be sure that it's accurate, that it's one you check and that your spam filters allow emails from us.
If USPS (or international shipping provider) indicates your package has been delivered via the tracking number assigned to your order, we will not be responsible for reshipping the product or refunding any monies. Star Crushed Minerals will not be held accountable for misplaced/stolen packages, please make sure you're having your order shipped to a safe, secure mailbox.
Please remember that behind every computer and keyboard is a real person. The golden rule applies at Star Crushed Minerals, conduct yourselves in a manner that you would be willing to accept someone conducting themselves with you. Bear in mind that yours is not the only communication we are dealing with and it is never our intention to upset anyone. Whilst we realize we cannot please/satisfy everyone, SCM puts in 110% into everything we do. We will not tolerate rude and disrespectful communications. Uncouth communications will receive a response that calls out the disrespect with a reminder that they are dealing with actual human beings. If you would not say it to someone's face, do not type it in an email.
